Are group tickets available?
Yes. Save BIG with our “Girlfriend Getaway” (groups of 5 or more) and “Conference for 2” group rates. Groups prcing is avaliable on the ticket registration page. Please have all information for each attendee when registering groups. For groups of 10 or more, or f you have complications registering your group please contact us.
Is the cost for food included in my ticket?
Yes. We will provide lunch and light snacks throughout the conference.
Are there scholarships to attend the Beloved Women’s conference?
Yes. Thanks to our generous donors we have reserved some scholarship seats. For more information about obtaining a scholarship ticket please contact us. If you would like to donate a ticket you can do so on the ticket registration page by clicking here.
Are you accepting vendors and sponsors for the conference?
Yes. If you are interested in becoming a vendor at the conference or becoming a sponsor please contact us to recevie a vendor/sponsor packet.
What is the return policy for my ticket?
In the case of an unfortunate event ticket refunds are available. If your cancellation is received on or before August 1, 2020 we will refund the total amount of your conference ticket price minus a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after August 1, 2020 are not eligible for refund. Based on contracts with our vendors at this point we are still obligated to pay for your materials and food. Thank you for understanding the need to protect the ministry from financial loss. Cancellations may be requested by contacting us.
What should I wear to the conference?
We suggest cute casual clothing that makes you feel beautiful and comfortable at the same time.
May I speak at the Beloved Women’s Conference?
Thank you for your interest in speaking at the Beloved Women’s Confrence, however we are not accepting unsolicited speaker requests.
Will there be child care at the conference?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide child care at this year’s Beloved Women’s Conference.
