Shannon has a contagious way of leading women to live healthier and happier lives. In today’s “All Things Beloved” podcast I’m chatting with Shannon about:
- How busy women can take care of their spiritual and physical health in practical ways.
- One simple activity you can implement today to start a consistently healthy lifestyle.
- Shannon’s amazing testimony of God’s provision through a traumatic health journey.
- How that experience led her to help more women through their own health journeys with compassion and grace.
If you love this interview and you are inspired to take steps towards your own health goals, Shannon is the woman to take you by the hand and encourage you along the way. I completed her “4 Weeks to Nourish” course in February, and it has been life-changing. Shannon’s knowledge of healthy living, practical recipes, and cooking tips, along with her contagiously positive attitude towards wellness, was invaluable. Her course is open now, and if you’re looking for accountability, compassion, and encouragement when it comes to healthy living from someone who also understands your faith and relationship with God, I highly suggest you join. Registration for her course closes this Friday, so join now before its too late. You won’t regret it.
Stay safe, be blessed, and I’ll see you in the next video.
Love,

This was very enlightening and encouraging. As women we add so much pressure on ourselves on the outer appearance, when the real appearance start from the inside. Truly inspirational. I am so learning how to give myself permission to rest. Still a work in progress, I really had to learn to that it was okay to rest, it was okay to say I am tired, and it was okay to say I need some me time. Thank you and I am so looking forward to the conference in Oct.
