We are not responsible for items returned to us due to an insufficient address. While we’ll gladly re-ship the item, it will be at the customers’ expense. If the shipping error is on our end, we’ll re-ship the item at no cost to the customer. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the US Postal Service.
